Registering for Site Account Edit page

If you are a current DHR homeowner or tenant, you may register for an account to access our “Resident” login section by clicking the “Register” button located at the top right of this page.  If viewing on a mobile device, click the hamburger icon to expand or click the following link: https://www.deerhedgerun.com/account/register.

Please whitelist or unblock [email protected] and @deerhedgerun.com with the email provider you are using to register. Messages may appear in your spam/junk folder and prevent receiving communication in your inbox in the future. 

1. Your Information
   1. Select the appropriate role:  “Condo Owner” OR “Renter”.
   2. Enter your contact information. Your phone number allows the Board to send important community-wide messages via SMS, when necessary.
2. Additional Household Members
   1. Enter the names of other members that live with you under your account, such as spouses, relatives, tenants, and pets. If these members wish to have an individual account, select “Joint Member” and enter their name and email address. They will receive an email to choose their password for their individual member account. Otherwise, select the appropriate type. 
   2. You can adjust how your information is displayed and other privacy settings after your account is approved. 
3. Address(es)
   1. Select “Inside the Community”, then enter the street address without the unit number. For example, 25 Deer Path.
   2. Enter the Unit number without the building number.

When all information is complete, click “Register.” 

Your account information will be reviewed to compare with our current property records for approval. Please be patient, as pending accounts are not checked daily.
