The DHR Board of Trustees engages the services of a property management firm to effectively oversee the common property, manage financial affairs, and carry out additional responsibilities as needed. This firm operates in accordance with the guidance provided by the Trustees, who are acting in the best interests of the association of owners.

The DHR Board of Trustees
The Trustees serve as fiduciaries, responsible for managing the common property in the best interests of the unit owners.
The Board adheres to the Association’s governing documents as well as Massachusetts General Law (MGL) 183A in the administration of the Association. The roles and powers of the Trustees are outlined in Article III of the Declaration of Trust and Article V of the By-Laws.
The Trustees strive for the greatest good for the greatest number within the restrictions of governing law.
