What is an HOA?
DHR is managed by a homeowners' association (HOA), a private, legally incorporated organization that oversees a residential community. It sets rules and collects fees to maintain common areas and amenities. Membership is typically mandatory for property owners within the community, and the HOA enforces guidelines to maintain property values and community standards.
New Residents to DHR
When you become a DHR unit owner, you will receive a “Welcome Packet” from Alpine Property Management:
- Alpine Property Management oversees the property and collects monthly HOA fees.
- Our Alpine property manager serves as the primary contact for any questions or concerns.
- The “Welcome Packet” includes our Handbook, which outlines community rules and regulations.
- If you have questions, you are welcome to contact the property manager or a DHR Trustee.
Please review the DHR Master Deed, By-Laws, and Handbook before relocating, as these documents provide vital information to help you gain a better understanding of our community.
